The house is in convenient cycling distance from DTU (Technical University of Denmark) and walking distance from Holte Train Station and Holte Shopping Center. There is around 100 m to a bus stop. The distance to DTU is 6.9 km (4.3 miles). It is vacant from 20th July 2020. You can have the house as your official address.
The house is situated quietly in a large garden on a dead-end street in a pleasant neighborhood with very easy access to superb walking and jogging paths in the woods, along lakes and through marshes. You are welcome to use the 1.500 m2 park-like front garden.
The facilities shared with 2 other lodgers are: Fully equipped large combined kitchen and dining room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, living room with large TV (Netflix included) and stereo, separate toilet, and separate bathroom.
There is Wi-Fi and the Internet connection is a very fast fiber optic connection.
No large pets like cats and dogs and no smoking. Any small pets such as birds must be in a cage.
